The ARGUS Series consists in a monobloc unit that integrates a variety of operations in just one machine, to guarantee very high levels of efficiency in the crucial counting, filling and capping phases.
Suitable for solid products, this machine counts each tablet, capsule, pill and hard or soft gelatine.
Depending on the type of production and specific customer requirements, the machine can accommodate operator protection (RABS) or product protection systems (Laminar Flow).
All parts in contact with the product (hopper, vibrating trays, pre-counting tubes, product funnels), can be easily removed for cleaning, or maintenance. The monobloc integrates a performing intermittent motion station for bottle capping. With this station, Siempharma covers all production requirements for speeds up to 50 pieces per minute. All different types of caps (pressure, screw-on, pilfer proof, etc.) can be handled.

Bottles infeed conveyor belt. Bottles are transferred by one conveyor belt whose motorization is inclusive of inverter for the speed adjustment executed from display.
Electronic counting group composed of multichannel vibrating trays and LED infrared counting sensors.
Carousels with pockets. Bottles introduction and discharge by means of infeed and outfeed guides.
Automatic feeding-capping system suitable to cap bottles by one closing turret, equipped with one closing head.
Outfeed conveyor belt for filled and capped bottles.
Automatic rejection system for bottles without cap, wrong torque, small tablet fragment and doubled tablet. This system
allows the machine to reject faulty bottles without any machine stop.
