The ETFR-150/200 is an automatic labelling system especially designed for cylindrical and square pharmaceutical vials and bottles.
The machine configuration meets the most-demanding requirements: endless screw to distance products, application of the label on 3 sides of square containers, minimum and maximum load control, control of successful labelling with ejection of unsuitable products, tunnel protections on the conveyor belt, position indicator and graduated scales for a quick format change and electrical panel with touch screen interface, possibility to feed and stick booklet on the container.

Bottles infeed conveyor belt with spacing endless screw. This system is conceived for providing precise high-speed transport of the bottle while they pass through the machine.
Central carousel with 6/8 rotating plates, each one with independent motorisation by brushless motor. It permits to orientate the bottles even after the label application, allowing the code control by camera or the booklet application in the correct position.
Label peeling plate with micrometric adjustment of the position.
Wrap around rubber belt for a perfect application of the label on the bottle surface.
High speed labelling head with control of reel end, backing paper breakage, backing paper rewinder full.
Wide range of printing technologies. Suitable for thermal transfer, thermal ink jet and laser.
Possible to install vision system to check variable data OCR-OCV and barcode.
Bin, with key lock, for rejected bottle collection. Control device to detect presence of labels on bottle
surface with automatic rejection of bottles without labels. The system includes UV reading sensors for labels and stainless-steel bin to collect rejected bottles.
