The machines are designed to quick install track-and-tracking units, inkjet, or laser printers and cameras, to mark and read the DATAMATRIX for serialisation purpose.
As an alternative configuration to vignette application, the LM-80V FX SERIES can be equipped with two heads for tamper evident seals application (LMT-80V FX SERIES).

Tooth belt positive carton transportation. This system is conceived for providing precise high-speed transport of the cartons while they pass through the machine.
Side stabilizer for carton inlet. It is composed of a pair of opposite facing belts coated with a soft and high grip material. It allows for the stabilizing of lightweight products during the inlet stage.
Horizontal one side bridge adjustment for product handling devices assembled onto labeling systems. The unit is mounted onto the conveyor.
Wide range of printing technologies. Suitable for thermal transfer, thermal ink jet and laser.
Top labeling head. The labelling system includes electronic adjustment of the labeling point, backing paper breakage control, end-of-label roll
electronic check with pre-alarm.
Label adapter with a polymer roller. Improves label adhesion during the application process on flat surfaces.
Labeler adjustment on 2 guides. To install on labeling systems or support columns, to hold the machine in vertical position (labeling from
above). It allows for adjusting the position of the labeler at the production start and “format change” stage, complete with vertical adjustment
and horizontal, via hand wheels and millimetric references. It doesn’t require employment of tools.
Complete range of coding: RFID technology, data matrix, QR code, bar code (if print & check kit presents).
Bin, with key lock, for rejected cartons collection. Cartons are rejected by an air blower fed by compressed air controlled by an electro-valve.
The reject collection box includes a sensor for the detection of the maximum fill level. For heavy products, air piston reject is available as an option.
