Three conveyor belts: one to infeed the product, one for high-precision weighing and the last one to outfeed the checked products. The choice of the conveyors is very important because it affects both weighing and maintenance. The conveyors are realised with anti vibration servomotors.
Electro Magnetic Force Restoration (EMFR) weigh cell for fast and precise weighing results. The industrial weigh cell is based on the principle of electromagnetic force compensation. It is a product well above the normal load cells as a system based on active rather than passive technology and therefore inherently faster. In addition, the weigh cell is equipped with microprocessor that can filter vibrations and interference in real time and store the settings for optimal weight for your specific installation.
